ZyloDent uses a powerful 405 nm UV DLP light engine to cure each full layer at once, delivering print speeds of up to 40 mm/hour at 100 µm layer thickness. With 50 µm XY resolution, high light uniformity, it delivers sharp details, accurate geometry and consistent performance across the 130 × 70 mm build area.

Automatic washing

ZyloDent automatic washing

After printing, ZyloDent automatically transfers the build platform into its integrated washing chamber. The bubble-jet based washing system runs a material-specific cycle using > 97% IPA.

Integrated post-curing

After required cleaning, support removal or application-specific preparation, parts are placed in the integrated curing chamber. Multi-wavelength UV exposure, controlled heat and rotating five-sided illumination support a wide range of dental-material protocols.
